for the evening:
Pasta Arrabiata,
Seasonal Roasted Vegetables, Cannelini and Parmesan Crostinis, Rosemary Rolls, & Side Sauces: Fresh Basil Pesto and Sun Dried Tomato Pesto. Also enjoyed was a Caesar-style salad. For dessert, guests sampled biscotti and vanilla bean gelato, chocolate and fig cannoli, spumoni, and sugar-free/low-fat cheesecake brownies with cherry preserve filling.
